Hala Koszyki Celebrates 5th Anniversary with New Vendor Lineup

Hala Koszyki, Warsaw’s beloved food hall in the Koszykowa district, marks its fifth anniversary this month with the introduction of 12 new vendors. The refreshed lineup reflects evolving culinary trends and brings exciting new flavors to the already diverse market.

Among the newcomers are Ramen Ishida, run by a Japanese chef who previously worked at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Tokyo; Pierogi Lab, which offers experimental fillings like truffle and brie or kimchi and pork; and Green Revolution, a fully plant-based deli using locally sourced organic ingredients.

The anniversary celebration will feature a week-long food festival from March 5-12, with cooking demonstrations, wine tastings, and live music every evening. Special anniversary menus will be offered at participating vendors, with dishes priced at 20.26 PLN.

Since opening in 2021, Hala Koszyki has become one of Warsaw’s most popular gathering spots, attracting over 3 million visitors annually.
