WeWork’s largest European facility outside London has officially opened in Warsaw’s rapidly developing Wola district. The 12,000 square-meter space occupies three floors of the newly constructed Skyliner tower and can accommodate up to 2,500 members.
The facility features over 200 private offices, 50 meeting rooms, a podcast studio, a rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the city skyline, and a dedicated wellness zone with a gym and meditation rooms.
“Warsaw’s entrepreneurial energy is unlike anything else in the region,” said WeWork’s European director, Marcus Schmidt. “This space is designed to serve everyone from solo freelancers to teams of 100.”
Membership starts at 890 PLN per month for hot desk access, with private offices starting at 2,200 PLN. The opening coincides with a broader trend: Warsaw now has over 150 coworking spaces, up from just 40 five years ago.
